Versatile tempo/race option for athletes who want propulsion without a full carbon race setup.

Trade-off: Saucony positions the shoe for speed days and racing. Station stability and traction still need to be judged by the athlete in actual HYROX movements and venue-floor conditions.

Strength/station-biased option where gym stability and grip matter more than distance-running efficiency.

Trade-off: The Metcon 10 is a training shoe rather than a dedicated distance-running shoe. That can suit loaded gym work, but Athvaro does not claim it is efficient or comfortable for every athlete across eight repeated 1 km runs.
